中文摘要: 建立采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定黄瓜、番茄中敌菌灵和异菌脲农药残留量的分析方法。样品用乙 腈均质法提取盐析后脱水,经 SPE 固相萃取净化,浓缩仪浓缩后进液相色谱分离与检测,外标法定量。对样品进行添加 回收率试验,添加浓度分别为 0.1、0.5、1.0 mg/kg,敌菌灵和异菌脲 2 种农药的回收率在 82.5 %~102.8 %之间,标准偏差(RSD)在 2.95 %~8.68 %之间,最低检出限为 0.02 mg/kg。该方法满足黄瓜、番茄中敌菌灵和异菌脲农药残留量的检测 要求。
Abstract:To establish a solid phase extraction - high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for simultaneous determination anilazine and iprodione pesticides residue analysis method in cucumber and tomato, the samples were extracted by acetonitrile homogenizing dehydration method, purified by solid phase extraction (SPE), while the concentrated liquid was separated and detected by liquid chromatography and quantified by external standard method. The added recovery experiments were also carried out in which the added concentra- tion was 0.1,0.5,1.0 mg/kg respectively, 2 kinds of pesticides anilazine and iprodione rate of recovery was in the range of 82.5 % to 102.8 %, the standard deviation (RSD)was in the range of 2.95 % to 8.68 %, the mini- mum detection limit of 0.02 mg/kg. This method can meet the requirements of the determination for anilazine and iprodione pesticides residue in cucumber and tomato.
