中文摘要: 本文建立的黄瓜果实和叶子中克百威和甲萘威残留量检测的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS),方法的 准确度和精密度均能满足国内外农药残留限量检测的要求。采用该方法研究了黄瓜果实和叶子中克百威和甲萘威的消 解动态行为,结果表明克百威和甲萘威在叶子上的残留量远大于在果实上的残留量,且在叶子上的消解速率稍慢于在 黄瓜果实上的速度,两者的消解动态均符合一级动力学模型。采摘时黄瓜果实上的克百威和甲萘威两种化合物的残留 量皆低于国际限量。本研究的数据对分析和预测不同时期蔬菜中农药残留量和使用安全具有重要的意义。
Abstract:A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the detection of carbofuran and carbaryl residues in cucumber fruits and leaves, the accuracy and precision of the method meet the detecting demands for pesticide. The dynamic behaviors of carbofuran and carbaryl residues were studied, showing that both carbaryl and carbofuran residues decreased in cucumber fruits and leaves with the first-order kinetic equations, and the degradation rates of carbofuran and carbaryl in leaves slower than that in fruits, leading to residues in leaves were much higher than that in fruits. Final residues of carbaryl and carbo- furan in fruits were both lower than 0.001 mg/kg, under the limitation requirement. This study provided theoreti- cal basis for prediction of carbaryl and carbofuran residues and their safe uses in vegetables.
