中文摘要: 利用纤维素酶解法研究大兴安岭金莲花多糖提取工艺。考察温度、pH 值、提取时间及加酶量对金莲花多糖提 取的影响,利用响应面分析法对金莲花多糖提取条件进行优化。试验获得最佳工艺条件为:温度 55 ℃,时间 102 min,pH 值 4.15,加酶量 32.23 U/g,金莲花多糖提取率达 10.43 %。

Abstract:Enzymatic extraction and alcohol precipitation method was used to extract polysaccharide from Trol- lius chinensis Bunge. On the basis of single factor experiments, polysaccharide extraction conditions were stud- ied by response surface analysis method, the effects of temperature, time, pH and enzyme amount on the polysaccharide extraction were studied. The best technological conditions were obtained: temperature 55 ℃, time 102 min, pH 4.15, enzyme amount 32.23 U/g , the extraction yield was up to 10.43 % under this condi- tion.
