中文摘要: 检测复合益生菌(长双歧杆菌+青春双歧杆菌+动物双歧杆菌)与复合益生菌-玉米肽对小鼠免疫功能及抗氧化 的影响。将小鼠随机分为空白组、复合菌高、中、低 3 个剂量组和复合菌-玉米肽高、中、低 3 个剂量组。SPF 级昆明系小 鼠分别经口每日连续灌胃 30 天后,对免疫器官、碳粒廓清指数、迟发型变态反应、脾淋巴细胞增殖实验和体液酶联免疫 进行测定。碳粒廓清指数测定实验中,复合菌和复合菌-玉米肽的高剂量组高于对照组。脾淋巴增殖实验中,复合菌和复 合菌-玉米肽制剂高剂量组刺激指数高于对照组,差异有显著性意义,说明该样品具有增强细胞免疫功能作用。迟发型 变态反应,复合菌-玉米肽高剂量组明显优于其他组。体液酶联免疫测定实验方法中,复合菌和复合菌-玉米肽制剂高剂 量组优于对照组,说明该样品具有促进免疫球蛋白 A 的功能。由此可见,摄入一定量的复合益生菌和复合益生菌-玉米 肽,可增强小鼠的免疫能力,说明该样品具有增强免疫力的功能作用。抗氧化能力的测定主要通过测定小鼠血清的 SOD 酶活性和 MDA 含量。结果表明,与对照组相比,复合菌和复合菌-玉米肽能够提高 SOD 酶活性、降低血清中 MDA 含量, 具有一定的抗氧化能力。
Abstract:The research was mainly about the immunity function of complex probiotics (Bifidobacrium Longum +Bifidobacrium adolescent+Bifidobacrium animalis) and complex probiotics-corn peptide. Mice were randomly divided into seven groups including blank control group, three groups treated with compound probiotics liquid at different doses and three groups treated with complex probiotics -corn peptide at different doses. Mice(SPF grade from Kunming) were continuously eaten after 30 d. The methods for immunity function were relative to weights of spleen and thymus, carbon granule clearance assay, plaque forming assay, DHT, and Elisa. Through the carbon granule clearance experiment, complex probiotics and complex probiotics-corn peptide have obvious changes compared with the control team. Through the splenic lymphocyte proliferation experiment, complex probiotics and complex probiotics-corn peptide have markedly obvious changes compared with the control team. The experiment showed that complex probiotics and complex probiotics-corn peptide enhanced certain parame- ter of splenic lymphocyte function. Through DHT experiment, the results implied that complex probiotics-corn peptide have changes compared with the control team. Through the Elisa experiment, the experiment implied that complex probiotics and complex probiotics-corn peptide could enhance IgA. In conclusion, complex pro- biotics and complex probiotics-corn peptide could be able to enhance mice immunity function. The measures of antioxidation function were the content of MDA and the activity of SOD. The results showed that complex probi-otics and complex probiotics-corn peptide could reduce the content of MDA and improve the activity of SOD. The experiment showed that complex probiotics and complex probiotics-corn peptide had antioxidation function.
