Abstract:Through the use of HACCP management method Hazard and monitoring the food safety in athletic contest.From making food processing process，and the implementation of the plan HACCP table，the strict re原 quirements of the three aspects of the construction of SSOP food safety system. The specific application of HAC原 CP system was discussed，and the practice environment and development prospect of HACCP in China were discussed. The application of this method to the management of food safety，to provide reference for food safety.
