中文摘要: 系统的研究了在微波作用下的 5 种塑料食品包装膜中 4 种不同官能团的添加剂向食用橄榄油中的迁移情 况,这些添加剂分别为抗氧剂 BHT、抗氧剂 168、HALS770 和增塑剂 DBP。通过不同试验条件下各种化合物的迁移速 率研究食品包装材料的分子结构与迁移化合物之间的关系,以及塑料薄厚度、微波功率和作用时间对迁移速率影响。

Abstract:Four additives with different functional groups were systematic studied on microwave under the ac- tion of 5 kinds of plastic food packaging film, including antioxidant butylated hydroxytoluene, antioxidant 168, HALS770 and plasticizer DBP. Their migration behaviors in olive oil were studied. The relationship between molecular structure and the migration of compounds was studied base on the various compounds migration rate under different experimental conditions. The four different diffusion coefficient of migration of chemical sub- stances were calculated using plastic hickness, microwave power, time effect on the rate of migration.
