中文摘要: 利用微波辅助提取法提取玫瑰花多糖。首先通过单因素试验选取影响因素与水平,在单因素试验基础上采 用正交试验研究提取时间、微波功率、料液比对玫瑰花多糖提取效果的影响。以多糖得率为指标,确定微波辅助提取 玫瑰花多糖的最优工艺条件,并与传统热水浸提法比较。结果表明,微波辅助提取玫瑰花多糖的最佳提取条件为:料 液比 1 ∶ 30(g/mL)、微波功率 800 W、微波处理时间 4 min,在此条件下,多糖得率达 2.16 %。与热水浸提法相比,微波 辅助提取法具有提取时间短、提取率高等优点,该工艺可应用于玫瑰花多糖的提取。

Abstract:Rose polysaccharides were extracted from rose by microwave-assisted extraction. The experiment factors and levels were firstly selected by single-factor test. Orthogonal design method was used to study the ef- fect of extraction time,microwave power and ratio of water to rose on extraction percentage of rose polysaccha- rides.The optimal conditions were determined by using the yield of rose polysaccharides as indexes,and the re- sult of microwave assisted extraction was compared with that of traditional hot water extraction. The optimal ratio of water to rose, microwave power, time for the extraction of rose polysaccharides were 1 ∶ 30 (g/mL), 800 W and 4 min. Under this condition,the polysaccharide yield was 2.16 %. Compared with that of hot water extraction method,microwave -assisted extraction exhibited the advantage of higher extraction rate,and less extraction time. This technology can be used in the extraction of rose polysaccharides.
