中文摘要: 巴西蜂胶具有丰富而显著的生理活性，采用MTT法对巴西蜂胶提取物进行了HepG2细胞增殖抑制活性的研究，发现巴西蜂胶对HepG2细胞增殖具有良好的抑制活性，且呈显著的量效关系和时效关系，即剂量越大、药物作用时间越长，则对HepG2细胞的抑制率越高。

Abstract:The Brazilian propolishas rich and significant physiological activity.The proliferation inhibitory activityof Brazilian propolis extracts on HepG2 cell was studied with the MTT assay.It was found that the Brazil propolis had good inhibitory activity on the proliferation of HepG2 cells，and showed a significant dose effect and time effect relationship，that was，the higher the dose，the longer the action time，the higher the inhibition rate of HepG2 cells.
