中文摘要: 离子色谱具有操作方便、分析速度快、灵敏度高、多组分同时测定等技术特点,是一种检测食品中阳离子、阴离子、有机酸、胺类和糖类的理想方法。本文综述了近年来离子色谱技术在食品检测分析中的最新应用进展,讨论了离子色谱技术和检测中存在的问题,为离子色谱技术在食品安全领域拓展和应用提供参考。

Abstract:Ion chromatography has the characteristics of simplicity,quickness,high sensitivity and selectivity,and has the characteristics of simultaneous determination of ionic compounds.Ion chromatography is a ideal method for the determination of cations,anions,organic acids,amines and carbohydrates in food.In this paper,recent application progress in determination of food by Ion chromatography technologies were reviewed and commented,and the new technologies and the abstacle to determination of food by ion chromatography were also discussed,in ordor to provide references for its further development and applications in the field of food safety.
