花脸香蘑菌丝体液体发酵研究

中文摘要: 对花脸香蘑液体发酵培养基进行优化,以菌丝体生物量为指标,采用单因素分析,优化培养基中碳源、氮源、pH值、无机盐以及菌龄。结果表明,液体发酵培养基中,最佳碳源为土豆粉;最佳氮源为NH4Cl;最佳pH值为7;无机盐为CuSO4和FeSO4;菌龄对菌丝体生物量没有影响。采用正交试验的方法,筛选出适合于花脸香蘑深层发酵培养配方为:碳源为土豆粉;氮源为NH4Cl;pH值为7;无机盐为FeSO4;菌龄12d。

Abstract:The liquid fermentation medium of Lepista sordida was optimized.We optimized carbon sources,nitrogen sources,pH,inorganic salt,fungus ages in medium with the biomass of mycelia as determining parameter by single factor analysis.The results showed that the best carbon source was to be the potato flour,the best nitrogen source was to be NH4Cl,the best pH was to be 7,the best inorganic salt was to be CuSO4and FeSO4in liquid fermentation medium.Meanwhile,the optimized of medium for liquid fermentation of Lepista sordida was screened through orthogonal experiment methods.The optimized formula of liquid fermentation medium were contained that carbon source was potato flour,nitrogen source was NH4Cl,pH=7,and inorganic salt was FeSO4,fungus ages was at 12 d.
