中文摘要: 使用液相色谱-原子荧光联用仪对含有水产动物的样品进行分析,然后采用3种前处理方法,利用原子荧光光度计对样品中总砷进行测定,同时也采用微波消解法结合电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对样品进行测定,发现,采用干灰化法对样品进行前处理,然后采用原子荧光光度计对其进行检测,较之采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测准确度高,检测成本较低。
Abstract:The samples which contain seafood were detected by liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometer at the beginning.Three total arsenic extraction methods were used to extract the samples using atomic fluorescence spectrometer determination.The microwave extraction was used to extract the samples using ICP-MS determination.A method was developed for total arsenic in food by atomic fluorescence spectrometer with dry ashing.The results indicated that the proposed method was accurate,cost-effective compare with the tradition ICP-MS method.
