中文摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对木醋液饮料化学成分进行分离鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。从木醋液饮料中分离出了51个组分,鉴定出了40个化合物,占总面积的96.07%。并测定了各化合物的相对含量,包括2,6-二甲氧基苯酚(30.12%)、乙酸(15.63%)、γ-丁内酯(4.78%)、1,2,4-三甲氧基苯(4.19%)、苯酚(4.84%)、愈创木酚(2.85%)、3-甲基-1,2-环戊二酮(4.79%)、3-甲基-2-环戊烯-1-酮(3.72%)等。通过对木醋液饮料化学成分的研究,为木醋液资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Abstract:The research aimed to analyze the chemical components in wood vinegar and their relative content by means of capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).51 peaks were separated and 40 cnstituents were identified,which were 96.07%of the total volatile constituents.The main compounds were identified as phenol,2,6-dimethoxy-(30.12%),acetic acid(15.63%),phenol(4.84%),1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene(4.19%),phenol,2-methoxy-(2.85%),1,2-cyclopentanedione,3-methyl-(4.79%),2-cyclopenten-1-one,3-methyl-(3.72%),etc.The study on the chemical components from wood vinegar provided the test basis for the further development and utilization of wood vinegar resources.
