中文摘要: 简述食品中生物胺的种类和产生形式,主要介绍液相色谱、气相色谱、薄层色谱、传感器和毛细管电泳等方法在生物胺检测中的应用研究进展,并展望了生物胺检测方法的发展方向。
Abstract:This paper describes briefly the types and generation patterns of biogenic amines(BAs),and introduces mainly the development and application of determination methods,such as liquid chromatography(LC),gas chromatography(GC),thin-layer chromatography(TLC),sensor and capillary electrophoresis(CE).Finally,the development direction of detection methods of BAs is also prospected.
