Abstract:This paper describes briefly the types and generation patterns of biogenic amines（BAs），and introduces mainly the development and application of determination methods，such as liquid chromatography（LC），gas chromatography（GC），thin-layer chromatography（TLC），sensor and capillary electrophoresis（CE）.Finally，the development direction of detection methods of BAs is also prospected.
