中文摘要: 为提高我国主食加工水平,从原料供应、规模效益、产业布局、营销模式等方面分析了我国主食加工业的发展优势,提出了目前存在的主要问题,建议实施创新驱动发展战略,通过建设公共服务平台、健全主食加工业标准体系、推进老字号主食工业化等多项措施促进我国主食加工业发展。

Abstract:To improve the level of China's staple food processing,this paper analyzed the development advantages of China's staple food processing industry from the aspects of material supply,scale efficiency,industrial layout,marketing mode and so on.It put forward the main problems at present.It proposed to implement innovation drive development strategy,through build the public service platform,improve the standard system of the staple food processing industry,and promote the industrialization of old and famous staple food and other measures to promote the development of China's staple food processing industry.
