Abstract:To improve the level of China's staple food processing，this paper analyzed the development advantages of China's staple food processing industry from the aspects of material supply，scale efficiency，industrial layout，marketing mode and so on.It put forward the main problems at present.It proposed to implement innovation drive development strategy，through build the public service platform，improve the standard system of the staple food processing industry，and promote the industrialization of old and famous staple food and other measures to promote the development of China's staple food processing industry.
