中文摘要: 建立香椿芽中 Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Cr、Al8 种元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。采用样品微波消解,以In为内标,ICM-MS测定各元素含量。结果表明该法精密度RSD值0.98%~1.31%,回收率98.2%~101.2%,检出限0.011μg/mL~0.037μg/mL。该法灵敏、准确、快捷,符合香椿芽中微量元素测定要求。

Abstract:To establish a method for Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cr,Al in burgeon of Toona sinesis Roem by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The samples were digested by microwave method and then determined by ICP-MS with indium element as internal standard.Relative standard deviations of the method precision were between 0.98%-1.31%.The recovery rates were 98.2%-101.2%.Detection limits were 0.011 μg/mL-0.037 μg/mL.The method is sensitive,reliable,shortcut to the determination of elements analysis in burgeon of Toona sinesis Roem.
