中文摘要: 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定乳制品中L-羟脯氨酸的含量。试样经牛蛋白酶酶解,乙腈萃取,HLB固相萃取柱净化后,UPLC BEH C18色谱柱分离,多反应监测(MRM)模式,定量离子对(m/z):132.1/86.2;定性离子对(m/z):132.1/68.3。结果表明:L-羟脯氨酸加标回收率在94.53%~98.42%之间,相对标准偏差不大于7.3%;按信噪比RSN=10计算,方法定量限(LOQ)为5.0μg/kg。
Abstract:A method for determining the residues of L-Hydroxyproline in dairy products was established by an ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Samples was enzymatic digest of bovine,and ultrasonic extracted with ethyl acetate,and purified with HLB solid phase extraction cartridge,and separated by UPLC BEH C18column,and quantitative analysis was performed by the multi-reaction-monitoring(MRM)mode.The qualitative ion pair (m/z)was 132.1/86.2;the quantitative ion pair (m/z)was 132.1/68.3.The results showed that the recoveries were between 94.53%-98.42%,and the relative standard deviation were less than 7.3%;according to RSN=10,the limit of quantificationn was 5.0 μg/kg.
