中文摘要: 以多酚、黄酮、三萜和维生素C 4种活性物质为指标,研究超声时间、超声温度、料液比和超声功率对忧遁草中活性物质提取效果的影响,利用正交试验优化超声辅助提取忧遁草活性物质的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明料液比和超声时间对多酚、黄酮和维生素C得率的影响较大;超声功率和超声时间对三萜得率影响较大。通过四因素三水平的正交试验,确定了忧遁草中4种活性物质提取的最佳条件,得出超声辅助提取的最优提取工艺是:超声时间40 min,超声温度45℃,料液比1∶55(mg/mL),超声功率156 W。在此条件下4种活性成分的得率分别为:多酚9.387 mg/g,黄酮28.785 mg/g,三萜23.665mg/g,维生素C0.216mg/g。

Abstract:With polyphenols,flavonoids,triterpenoid and vitaminC as detection index,the effect of ultrasonic temperature,time,power and solid-liquid ratio on extraction efficiency was studied.Optimum extraction process was determined by orthogonal test.The solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic time had great effect on extraction efficiency of polyphenols,flavonoids and vitaminC.The ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time had a greater effect on triterpenoid than the temperature and solid-liquid ratio.The best condition of active substance of Clinacanthus nutans was determined by four-factor and three-level orthogonal test.The optimal extraction process conditions were determined as follows:ultrasonic temperature,45℃;ultrasonic power,156W;and solid-liquid ratio,1∶55(mg/mL)for an extraction duration of 40 minutes.Under these conditions the extraction yield of each component were:polyphenols 9.387 mg/g,flavonoids 28.785 mg/g,triterpenoid 23.665 mg/g,vitaminC 0.216 mg/g.
