中文摘要: 采用固相萃取小柱提纯酒精饮料样品中的总皂苷,并采用内标法和比色法相结合的方法进行定量检测。提纯方法具有操作步骤简单,且过程中损失量少的优点;将其用于酒精饮料中总皂苷含量的检测可提高该检测方法的灵敏度和重复性,使该检测方法的适用范围更广;本研究结果表明,酒精饮料样品经HC-C18、HLB固相萃取小柱的纯化处理,总皂苷(以三七皂苷R1计)得率达到95%~96%。此外,该检测方法使用内标,可将样品纯化过程的损失计算在内,从而提高了检测方法的精确度,精确度达到总皂苷RSD1.7%;稳定性测定RSD达到1.46%;重复性测定RSD达到1.04%;平均回收率测定为93.85%,RSD为1.65%。

Abstract:Purification of total saponins in beverage samples by solid phase exctraction column,and the internal standard method and colorimetric method of combining the quantitative detection.The purification method had the advantages of simple operation steps,and less loss in the process.The content of total saponins in beverages for detection can improve the sensitivity of the detection methodand the repeatability,the scope of application of the method to detect a wider.This study results showed that the samples of alcoholic beverages by HC-C18,HLB solid-phase extraction column purification processing,total saponins(notoginseng saponin R1)yield of 95%-96%.In addition,the detection method using internal standard,could be calculated and purification process of sample loss,so as to improve the detection accuracy.Accuracy total saponins RSD 1.7%;determination of stability of RSD of 1.46%;determination of repeatability RSD of 1.04%.The average recovery was 93.85%,RSD was 1.65%.
