中文摘要: 建立透明质酸海洋胶原肽粉中β-胡萝卜素的含量测定方法。样品经淀粉酶处理后，用乙醇和三氯甲烷提取，离心，取上清液水浴蒸干，残渣用乙醇溶解后转移至氧化铝柱进行层析纯化。采用Waters XBridgeTMShield RP18色谱柱，以甲醇∶乙腈=90∶10（体积比）为流动相，PDA检测器检测。结果表明，在0～50 μg/mL范围内β-胡萝卜素呈线性关系（R2＞0.999），回收率为100.0%（RSD=2.3%，n=6）。该含量测定方法可用于以β-胡萝卜素为原料的保健食品的检测。
Abstract:A practical method for determining the content of carotenoids in hyaluronic acid marine collagen peptide powder was established.After the samples were processed by amylase，extracted with ethanol and chloroform，centrifugal，and the extract was to dry in a water bath，then the residue after dissolved with ethanol and transferred to the alumina column chromatography purification.Using the chromatographic column of Waters XBridgeTMShield RP18；mobilephase，methanol∶acetonitrile=90∶10（volume ratio）；tested with the PDAdetector.Result showed that the linear relationship was good in the range of 0-50 μg/mL for carotenoids，（R2＞0.999）.The recovery of carotenoids was 100.0%（RSD=2.3%，n=6）.This method can be used for detecting health care food with beta carotene as raw materials.
