中文摘要: 检出构成比和检出率在一定程度上反映出口水产品贸易风险,有利于政府相关部门制定风险管理策略,评价水产品出口风险,确定监管重点。通过近3年来福建省出口水产品氯霉素残留检出构成比和检出率数据,分析出口水产品氯霉素药物残留情况,牛蛙(两栖类)、虾蟹(甲壳类)、鲍鱼和东风螺(贝类)是氯霉素药物残留高风险产品,头足类、水产制品类是低风险产品。

Abstract:To some extent,the detection composition ratio and the detection rate can reflect the trade risk of export aquatic products,which is advantageous for the relevant government departments to formulate risk management strategy,evaluate the risk of export aquatic products and determine the main point of supervision and management of export aquatic products.By analyzing the data of the detection composition ratios and the detection rate of chloramphenicol residue of export aquatic products in Fujian province in recent 3 years,the results showed that bullfrog,amphibians,shrimp,crab,shellfish,abalone and Dongfeng screw(shellfish)were the high-risk products which had chloramphenicol residue,and that cephalopods and aquatic products were the low-risk ones.
