中文摘要: 研究哈蟆油蛋白酶解物的抗疲劳作用。采用双酶法制备哈蟆油蛋白酶解物,以哈蟆油蛋白酶解物低、中、高剂量组和空白对照组连续给小鼠灌胃30 d,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素含量、血乳酸含量和肝糖原含量。与空白对照组相比,各剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间均明显延长(P<0.05),高、中剂量组小鼠游泳后血清尿素含量显著降低(P<0.05),高剂量组小鼠游泳后3个时间点血乳酸曲线下面积均小于空白对照组(P<0.05);各剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。哈蟆油蛋白酶解物具有缓解体力疲劳作用。
Abstract:Researching the anti-fatigue effect of Oviductus Ranae protein hydrolyzate.Using double enzyme to prepare Oviductus Ranae protein hydrolyzate.Four doses of Oviductus Ranae protein hydrolyzate with low,medium and high dose group and a blank control group were applied to mice continuously for 30 d.Then measured loaded swimming time,serum urea content,blood lactic acid content and hepatic glycogen of mice.Compared with blank control group,the loaded swimming time of mice of each dose group was significantly prolonged(P<0.05),the serum urea content after swimming of mice of high and middle dose groups were both significantly lower(P<0.05),the areas under the curve of the three time points of blood lactic acid after swimming of mice of high dose group were lower than the blank control group(P<0.05),the hepatic glycogen content of each dose group was no significant differences(P>0.05).Oviductus Ranae protein hydrolyzate had the effect of relieving physical fatigue.
