Abstract:Melamine is essentially a kind ofchemical industry material.In recentyears,some illegalbusinessmens added itto milk products and feed illegally,endangering person's health.Molecular imprinting technology with its unique advantages had become a research focus in food analysis and detection.The principle of molecular imprinting technique and polymerization methods were introduced,and the determinations through differentmethods for preparation ofmolecularly imprinted polymer were reviewed.
