中文摘要: 建立功能食品双叶颗粒的质量控制方法。采用紫外分光光度法测定双叶颗粒中总黄酮含量，并对其方法学进行考察；同时对其理化和微生物指标进行检测。总黄酮含量在0.00～45.60μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0.999 7，平均加样回收率为98.92%，RSD为1.43%。
Abstract:To develop a method ofquality controlfor Shuangye granule，the content oftotal flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the methodology was studied；the physical，chemical and microbial indicators were detected.Total flavonoids had a good linearity over the concentration range of 0.00-45.60μg/mL（r=0.999 7）.The average recoveries was 98.92%with relatively standard deviations of1.43%.
