中文摘要: 通过响应曲面法优化超声提取夏枯草中多糖类化合物的工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,选择提取功率、提取温度、提取时间、液固比和提取次数5个因素,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究了各自变量交互作用及其对夏枯草多糖产率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明:夏枯草中多糖类化合物的最佳超声辅助提取工艺为:提取功率90 W、提取温度65℃、液固比40∶1(mL/g)、时间52 min、提取次数两次,夏枯草中多糖类的实测结果(4.60%)与响应面拟合方程的预测值(4.64%)符合良好。

Abstract:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of polysaccharide of Prunella vulgaris L.was studied. Based on the experiment of single factor,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependentvariable(extraction yield ofpolysaccharide)and independent variables(extraction power,extraction temperature,extraction time,ratio of liquid to soild,extraction times)though Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition were as follow:extracting power of 90 W,extracting temperature was 65℃,the ratio of liquid to solid was 40∶1(mL/g),extracting time of52 min,and extraction times of2.Under these conditions,the practicalyield ofpolysaccharide of Prunella vulgaris L.was 4.60%,which was consistentwith the predicted yield ofpolysaccharide of4.64%.
