中文摘要: 以葛根超微粉为原料,采用双频超声强化法进行葛根黄酮的提取,利用大孔树脂吸附法进行纯化,并采用HPLC法进行葛根素的含量测定。结果表明,双频超声辅助提取中总黄酮含量为275.16 mg/g,明显高于单频超声辅助提取的190.8 mg/g,说明双频超声技术与超微粉碎技术相结合可以促进有效成分的提取。葛根素含量由纯化前的11.15%提高到82.47%,纯化效果较好。

Abstract:Pueraria submicron powder was used as raw material.Pueraria flavonoids was extracted by dual-frequency ultrasonic strengthening methods,purified by macroporous resin adsorption method.And the content of puerarin was determined by the HPLC method.The results showed that,the flavonoids contentofdual-frequency ultrasonic-assisted extraction was 275.16 mg/g,significantly higher than 190.8 mg/g of single frequency ultra-sonic-assisted extraction,that was dual-frequency ultrasonic-assisted technology and the superfine grinding technology could promote the combination ofthe extraction ofeffective components.The content of puerarin increased from 11.15%to 82.47%by purification which was good purification effect.
