中文摘要: 利用溶剂萃取法分离提取黄瓜中的丙醇二酸,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测丙醇二酸的含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取条件,得到的最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶60(g/mL),乙醇浓度50%,萃取时间2.0 h,萃取温度35℃,此条件下黄瓜中丙醇二酸的提取率为62%。

Abstract:An ethanol extraction method was presented to extract tartronic acid in cucumber.Using HPLC method to determine the content of tartronic acid,the best extraction conditions was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.It was proved that the best conditions for the extraction was 1∶60(g/mL)of the ratio of material to water,50%of ethanol concentration,extracting for 2 hours,35℃of the extraction temperature.Under this condition,extraction yield of tartronic acid was 62%.
