中文摘要: 为改善壳聚糖膜性能,使用牛蒡提取液改性壳聚糖,制备不同配比的壳聚糖/牛蒡提取液复合膜。通过FTIR及SEM照片发现复合膜分子间形成氢键,表面较光滑、未出现分相。随着牛蒡提取液质量浓度增加,复合膜的抗拉强度先增加后减小,在0.10g/mL时抗拉强度最大为(51.76±1.02)MPa;断裂伸长率先减小后增加,在0.12 g/mL时最大为(48.06± 2.11)%;O2、CO2透过率和水蒸气透过率均先减小后增加,在0.08 g/mL时最小分别为(0.11±0.02)(nl·m)/(h·m2·Pa)、(0.38±0.04)(nl·m)/(h·m2·Pa)、(5.01±0.03)(mg·m)/(h·m2·kPa),复合膜透氧系数/透CO2系数<<1;接触角降低;抑菌率和·OH清除率增加,分别在0.10、0.08g/mL时达到100%,比壳聚糖膜提升了2.8、6.7倍。研究结果为壳聚糖/牛蒡提取液复合膜的生产和使用提供了有益参考。
Abstract:The performance of composite film made of chitosan and Arctium lappa L.extraction with different mix ratio were tested.The Arctium lappa L.extractions were mainly used to modify the chitosan properties.The result showed that the surface of composite film became smooth and there were no split phase.Besides,with Arctium lappa L.extracts increased,tensile strength of composite membrane increased after the first decreases,and maximum was(51.76±1.02)MPa when the concentration was 0.10 g/mL;breaking elongation reduced after the first increases,when the concentration was 0.12 g/mL up to(48.06±2.11)%;transmittance of O2,CO2and water vapor through the first decrease in increasing,be the smallest when the concentration was 0.08 g/mL,re spectivelywas(0.11±0.02)(nl·m)/(h·m2·Pa),(0.38±0.04)(nl·m)/(h·m2·Pa),(5.01±0.03)(mg·m)/(h·m2·kPa). The ratio of O2permeability coefficient and CO2permeability coefficient in composite film was far less than 1.0;contact Angle decreased;antibacterial rate and·OH clearance increases,and up to 100%,the concentration,respectively,was 0.10,0.08 g/mL,membrane increased 2.8,6.7 times than chitosan.The results of the study provided a useful reference of the composite use in production.
