中文摘要: 探讨蓝莓果酒延缓秀丽隐杆线虫寿命的活性物质。以秀丽隐杆线虫为模式生物,喂食原花青素(proanthocyanidin,PC)(0、1、2、3、4、5mg/mL)和食用乙醇(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)的蓝莓果酒,测定线虫寿命、生殖能力和运动能力。与对照组比较,酒精度14%、不同浓度的原花青素的蓝莓果酒对线虫寿命均具有延缓作用,3 mg/mL浓度后线虫寿命延长(P<0.05);对生殖能力和运动能力均有不同程度的增强效果(P<0.05),但5 mg/mL后,效果不明显;喂食原花青素3mg/mL、不同酒精度的蓝莓果酒的线虫寿命均会缩短,其作用与酒精度呈正相关关系,生殖能力和运动能力均有不同程度的减弱。蓝莓果酒中的原花青素具有延缓线虫寿命的作用,浓度在3 mg/mL到5 mg/mL作用明显;酒精的影响会随着添加浓度的增加而加速线虫的死亡。
Abstract:Explored the substance of blueberry wine on delaying lifespan of C.elegans.The lifespan assay was carried out on model organism C.elegans.Base on blueberry wine,compounded six feeding group(0,1,2,3,4,5 mg/mL)by add different quality of PC,and establish seven feeding group(0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%)by add different volume alcohol.Tested the lifespan,reproductive capacity and movement capacity on C.elegans.Feeding the alcohol content of 14%,compared with control group,the lifespan of C.elegans prolonged with promotion of PC concentration of blueberry wine,lifespan of C.elegans longer after 3mg/mL(P<0.05);it had different degrees of enhancement effect to the reproductive ability and movement ability(P<0.05),while the increasing trend in not obvious when PC≥5mg/mL.Shorten the lifespan of C.elegans,accelerate the C.elegans death after feeding the 3 mg/mL of PC,different alcohol content of blueberry wine,its effect was positively related with alcohol content.The reproductive ability and movement ability weakened when alcohol is the single factor test.PC of blueberry wine have the function of the delay lifespan of C.elegans,concentration in the 3 mg/mL to 5 mg/mL obviously;alcohol of blueberry wine increased accumulation will accelerate the death of C. elegans.
