中文摘要: 比较测试了实验室配制的硒溶液和茶叶消解液,发现在测定茶叶中硒含量时,基质效应明显。采用碰撞池技术(CCT)可以消除这些基质效应,本文以铑为内标,在优化用于测定的硒同位素基础上,对CCT气体(7%氢气+93%氦气)流量也进行了优化,得出以78Se为测定同位素,CCT气体流量为5.0 mL/min的条件下,对茶叶、菠菜和大米3种国家标准物质中硒含量的测定的回收率介于91%~98%之间,准确度符合要求,说明该方法可以用于这3类农产品中硒含量的测定。

Abstract:Compare the Se solution to tea digestion solution,there was obvious matrix effects in the tea digestion solution.As known the collided cell technology(CCT)is a commendable method for eliminating this matrix effect.In this article we used Rh as an internal standard,based the optimized isotope of selenium for test,the flow of CCT gas(7%H2+93%He)was optimized either.The results were that under the flow of gas 5.0 mL/min,determination of isotope78Se as total selenium in the national reference substances of tea,spinach and rice,the recoveries of selenium were between 91%and 98%,the accuracy were met the demands.
