荔枝皮多酚体内抗氧化的作用研究

中文摘要: 研究荔枝皮多酚对小鼠体内抗氧化作用的影响。将小鼠随机分成空白组、阳性组、多酚组、酸解组及碱解组5个组,分别灌胃蒸馏水、维生素E、荔枝皮多酚、荔枝皮多酚酸解产物及碱解产物。15 d后,眼球取血,分离血清,测定抗氧化酶活性及自由基浓度;取肝脏匀浆,低温离心,取上清液测定抗氧化酶活性及自由基浓度。结果表明荔枝皮多酚、荔枝皮多酚酸解产物及碱解产物都可以升高肝脏、肾脏中总抗氧化能力,降低血清中总抗氧化能力;荔枝皮多酚及酸解产物可以降低血清、肝脏中MDA含量,荔枝皮多酚碱解产物可以降低血清中MDA含量、升高肾脏中MDA含量;荔枝皮多酚及酸解产物可以升高肝脏中SOD活性。因此荔枝皮多酚及其酸解产物、碱解产物具有一定的抗氧化作用。
Abstract:To study effects of litchi chinensis pericarp polyphenols on the antioxidant capacity in mice,the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,every group had 12 mice.To successively lavage vitamin E,litchi chinensis pericarp polyphenols,acid hydrolyzed products,alkaline hydrolysis products to mice while the control rats were given distilled water.After 15 days,serum,liver,kidney were taken.The amount or activity of antioxidant enzymes in serum,liver,kidney were tested.Compared with the group of distilled water,the litchi chinensis pericarp polyphenols group,acid hydrolyzed products group,alkaline hydrolysis products group could increase T-AOC capacity in liver,kidney of mice,could decrease T-AOC capacity in secum of mice;the litchi chinensis pericarp polyphenols group,acid hydrolyzed products group could decrease the content of MDA in serum,liver of mice;alkaline hydrolysis products group could decrease the content of MDA in serum of mice and increase the content of MDA in kidney of mice;the litchi chinensis pericarp polyphenols group,acid hydrolyzed products group could increase the activity of SOD in liver of mice.The litchi chinensis pericarp polyphenols and acid hydrolyzed products,alkaline hydrolysis products enhanced the antioxidant function of the body and could be used as effective antioxidants.
