中文摘要: 多糖是由单糖聚合而成的,来自于高等动植物细胞膜和微生物细胞壁的天然高分子化合物,可以采用水提、碱 提、酸提等提取方法获得。植物多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化、防衰老、降血糖等生物活性,可作为各种药物和保健品 的有效成分,因此,药食两用植物多糖系列产品的市场前景将非常广阔。

Abstract:Polysaccharides are a type of natural macromolecular compounds which are composed of monosac- charides and form cell membranes of high plant and animal, and cell walls of microbial. They are obtained by the methods of water extraction, alkali extraction, acid extraction method and so on. Plant polysaccharides pos- sessed some biological activities, such as antitumor, antivirus, antioxidation, antiaging, antidiabetics, and the effective constituent can be used in all sorts of medicines and health products. Therefore, the market prospects of the edible medicinal plant polysaccharides will be very broad.
