中文摘要: 研究“对叶大戟”总黄酮的提取工艺及其体外抗氧化活性。在单因素试验的基础上,选定乙醇浓度、料液比、提 取时间、提取温度等 4 个因素对“对叶大戟”总黄酮提取率的影响。选用 L9(34)表进行正交试验,确定从“对叶大戟”中提 取黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度为 50 %,料液比 1 ∶ 25(g/mL),提取时间 30 min,超声温度 30 ℃。在此条件 下提取的“对叶大戟”总黄酮含量为 3.5 % 。影响总黄酮提取率所选的因素主次顺序为:提取时间(D)>提取温度(A)>料 液比(C)>乙醇浓度(B)。抗氧化性试验结果表明,对叶大戟总黄酮对羟基自由基、DPPH 自由基清除能力。即“对叶大戟” 总黄酮的抗氧化活性强于 VC。
Abstract:The extraction conditions and antioxidant activities of total flavonoids from Euphorbia Sororia A were investigated. The effects of four factors on the extraction, included ethanol concentration, material/ solvent ra- tio, extraction time, extraction temperature by single factor test. Table L9(34)was used to conduct the orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions for extracting total flavonoids from Euphorbia Sororia A were: ethanol con- centration 50 %, material/ solvent ratio 1 ∶ 25 (g/mL), extraction time 30 min , extraction temperature 30 ℃. Under these optimum conditions, extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.5 %. Extraction time had the most im- portant effect on extraction, followed by extraction temperature, material/ solvent ratio, ethanol concentration. The results of antioxidation showed that from Euphorbia Sororia A had a certain scavenging activity on OH and DPPH radicals, we found the total flavonoids from Euphorbia Sororia A had stronger antioxidative activity than VC.
