中文摘要: 对蕤核多糖脱色素工艺进行优化研究。通过均匀设计试验法 U5(54),对多糖溶液 pH、树脂添加量、吸附时间、震 荡转速 4 个因素进行了研究,以脱色率和多糖回收率为衡量指标,得到最佳的提取工艺。研究结果表明最佳提取工艺参 数为,多糖溶液 pH=4.0、树脂添加量 4 g、吸附时间 4 h、振荡频率 100 r/min,在此条件下,蕤核果实多糖溶液的脱色率和 多糖回收率可达 82.7 %、 80.2 %。
Abstract:The polysaccharide of Prinsepia uniflora Batal depigmentation process optimization was researched. The uniform experimental design method U5(54), 4 factors on the polysaccharide solution pH, adding amount of resin, adsorption time, shock speed was studied. The decolorization rate and the recovery rate of polysaccha- rides were measured ,the best extraction process was achieved. The research results showed that the optimum extraction process parameters were as follow:the polysaccharide solution with pH of 4, the shock speed 90 r/min, the adsorption time 5 h, the resin addition amount of 5 g . Under these conditions, decolorization of Prinsepia uniflora Batal fruit polysaccharide solution was up to 82.7 %, 80.2 % rate of recovery of polysaccharide.
