费约果叶片总黄酮的提取工艺研究

中文摘要: 研究费约果叶片总黄酮提取工艺,优选最佳提取条件。以提取率、总黄酮收率和总黄酮纯度为指标,采用单因 素试验法,考察提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对费约果总黄酮收率的影响,再进行正交试验,优选出最佳提 取工艺条件。最佳总黄酮提取工艺:90 ℃条件下,将费约果叶片粉用水回流提取 3 次,每次 2 h,料液比分别为第 1 次 1 ∶ 10(g/mL),第 2 次、第 3 次料液比为 1 ∶ 5(g/mL)。提取率、总黄酮收率、总黄酮纯度分别为:16.23 %、6.90 %、42.51 %。

Abstract:The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids from the leaves of Feijoa sellowiana Berg. was studied. Taking extraction rate,and the purity and yield of total flavonoids as the indices, effects of extraction solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time, and extraction times on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were studied.And the optimal extraction technology was selected. The optimal extraction technology was as fol- low: under 90 ℃, leaves of Feijoa sellowiana Berg. powder was by reflux extraction in water for 3 times with each time for 2 h. The ratio of sample to extraction solution 1 ∶ 10(g/mL) for the first time, and 1 ∶ 5(g/mL) for the second time and third time. The extraction rate, extraction rate of total flavonoids, and purity of total flavonoids were 16.23 %,6.90 %and 42.51 %, respectively.
