北冬虫夏草对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

中文摘要: 观察北冬虫夏草水提液对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。Wistar 系雄性大鼠 32 只,随机分 为阳性对照组、阴性对照组、北冬虫夏草小剂量组和北冬虫夏草大剂量组。北冬虫夏草水提液灌胃 4 周,取海马组织匀 浆测定海马组织单胺类物质含量变化,并利用 Y 迷宫观察大鼠学习记忆能力。与阴性对照组相比北冬虫夏草小剂量组、 北冬虫夏草大剂量组和阳性对照组海马组织内去甲肾上腺素含量显著增加(均为 P<0.05),与阴性对照组相比北冬虫夏 草大剂量组和阳性对照组海马组织内多巴胺的含量显著增加(均为 P<0.05);在 7 天的 Y 迷宫训练过程中 3 组大鼠的逃 避潜伏期均缩短,进入错误区域的次数明显减少,阳性对照组、北冬虫夏草大剂量组和北冬虫夏草小剂量组与阴性对照 组相比有显著性差异(均为 P<0.05)。北冬虫夏草增强大鼠的学习记忆能力,可能是通过去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的增加 完成的。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of the cordyceps militaris water extract on learning and memory in rats, and to discusse its mechanism. 32 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into positive control group, negative con- trol group, cordyceps militaris low-dose and high-dose group. Using cordyceps militaris water extraction liquid lavage for four weeks, taking the hippocampus tissue homogenate of hippocampal tissue to detect the content changes of single amine substance, and use the Y maze to observe the ability of learning and memory in rats. NE levels of hippocampal tissues increased significantly in the positive control group, cordyceps militaris high-dose group and cordyceps militaris low-dose group compared with negative control group(all P < 0.05), DA levels of hippocampal tissues increased significantly in the positive control group and cordyceps militaris high -dose group compared with negative control group(all P < 0.05); within 7 days of Y maze training process the escape latency of rats shorten in three groups, the number of entering error area reduced significantly in the positive control group, cordyceps militaris high-dose group and cordyceps sinensis low-dose group compared with nega- tive control group(all P < 0.05). Cordyceps militaris increase the capability of learning and memory in rats, that may be through increasing the level of NE and DA.
