Abstract:Introduce the current condition of preserved fruit industry, detail the main problems, such as the ex- cessive food additives, bacteria and heavy metal, and the comprehensive utilization of waste, analyze the rea- sons and solutions in preserved fruit industry, and finally propose the prospect of preserved fruit industry.
