中文摘要: 利用响应曲面法对超声波辅助法提取吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的工艺进行了优化。以吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱提 取率为考察指标,通过单因素试验和中心组合设计方法,确定其最佳工艺。最佳条件为 35 倍体积的 60 %乙醇、提取 53 min,在此条件下,吴茱萸碱提取率为(0.398 9±0.001 5)%,吴茱萸次碱提取率为(0.761 1±0.001 1)%,与模型预测的理 论值接近,说明模型可靠,响应面法优化超声波辅助提取工艺可行。
Abstract:The optimum extraction conditions of evodiamine and rutaecarpine from herbs were studied by re- sponse curve method. The optimal conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction were obtained by one-factor ex- periment and central composite design, which were 35 times the volume of 60 % ethol alcohol and extracting 53 min. Under the yield of evodiamine was(0.398 9±0.001 5)%, and rutaecarpine was(0.761 1± 0.001 1) %, which were consistent with the theory value. The results showed that the model was reliable, and the optimazion method for the extraction was effective.
