中文摘要: 采用正交试验法,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,对麻竹叶的总黄酮提取条件进行优选。结果表明,乙醇体积分数80 %、提取时间为 2 h、料液比为 1 ∶ 25(g/mL),提取效率较好。最佳工艺条件下黄酮提取率为 1.39 %。并且研究了提取出 的麻竹叶黄酮化合物对毛尖茶叶脂肪氧合酶 LOX 的抑制作用, 并与人工合成抗氧化剂 BHA、BHT 和 VC 的抑制作用进 行比较。麻竹叶中黄酮化合物和 BHA、BHT 及 VC 对 LOX 都有抑制作用,IC50 分别为 29.478、10.938、9.049、9.04 μg/mL。麻 竹叶中黄酮化合物对毛尖茶叶脂氧合酶有一定的抑制作用。
Abstract:The optimizing extraction condition on the basis of flavonoids were determined by orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: 80 %(volume fraction) ethanol,extraction time at 2 h, 1 ∶ 25 (g/mL) solid-liquid ratio,the yield of total flavonoids on the optimal conditions was 1.39 %. The inhibitory effects of flavonoids from leaves of dendrocalam latiflorus on the activity of lipoxygenase from Maojian tea leaves were also studied. And compared with same concentration of BHA, BHT and VC. Flavonoids from leaves of dendrocalam latiflorus,BHA, BHT and Vc all have inhibitory effects on the activity of lipoxygenase from Maojian tea leaves,IC50 were 29.478,10.938,9.049, 9.04 μg/mL.The flavonoids from leaves of dendro- calam latiflorus had certain inhibition on lipoxygenase from Maojian tea leaves.
