赶黄草中没食子酸的提取方法比较研究

中文摘要: 从回流法、超声法、冷浸法 3 种常用提取方法中选择提取赶黄草中没食子酸的最佳方法。以没食子酸含量为指 标,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定提取液中没食子酸的含量,分别对回流法、超声法、冷浸法 3 种提取方法对赶黄草药 材中的没食子酸的提取效果进行比较。没食子酸在 27.45 μg/mL~54.90 μg/mL(r=0.999 7)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系, 平均回收率 100.29 %,RSD 为 1.13 %(n=9)。3 种提取方法的提取效率分别为 1.98、1.67、0.86 mg/g。 赶黄草中没食子酸的 提取最佳工艺为回流法。
Abstract:The research aimed to optimize the extraction process of gallic acid from Penthorum chinense Pursh. With extraction amount of gallic acid as index,the content of gallic acid was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). Reflux method, ultrasonic method and cold-maceration were used in the extraction of gallic acid in Penthorum chinense Pursh. There was a good linear relationship between gallic acid and peak area when the sample injection was from 27.45 μg/mL-54.90 μg/mL(r=0.999 7);the aver- age recovery was 100.29 %,and RSD was 1.13 %(n=9).Extraction ratio were obtained as follows: 1.98,1.67,0.86 mg/g respectively for reflux method, ultrasonic method and cold-maceration. The best extraction process is reflux method.
