Abstract:Agastache Rugosa is recognized by the mnistry of halth as affinal drug and diet, the main ingredients of which is volatile oil. The plant has kinds of physiological functions and development prospect.In order to pro- vide certain reference basis for research and utilization of Agastache Rugosa resources, the paper summarized the application of Agastache Rugosa in food.
