中文摘要: 为初步探讨日常饮用水中镁离子对脂肪酶活性的影响情况,本试验通过体外试验方式,分别研究来源于深层 海洋水和人工配制水中的镁离子(Mg2+)对脂肪酶活性的影响。通过设置 5 个 Mg2+浓度梯度,利用脂肪酶对甘油三脂的分 解作用,测定出不同组中脂肪酶活性,并与空白对照进行比较,计算出相对酶活力。结果表明,在本试验条件下,无论是 来自深层海水还是来自人工配制水当 Mg2+浓度达到 25 mg/L 后均对脂肪酶活力有提高作用; 均表现为在本试验设计 Mg2+浓度范围内,浓度为 200 mg/L 时,脂肪酶相对活力最高;相同 Mg2+浓度的深层海洋水与人工水对脂肪酶活力影响效 果相似。

Abstract:In order to preliminarily study the effect of magnesium ions (Mg2+)in daily drinking water on the ac- tivity of lipase, we respectively researched the effect of magnesium ions derived from the deep sea and the arti- ficial water on lipase activity in vitro experiment. We set up five groups of water samples containing different concentration of magnesium ions, using the decomposition of lipase on triglycerides, measured the lipase activi- ty in different groups of water samples, and compared with the blank control, calculated the relative enzyme activity. Results showed that under the condition of this experiment, whether magnesium ions was from the deep sea , or from artificial water ,when the concentration of magnesium added to 25 mg/L , the activity of lipase was enhanced ; within the scope of magnesium concentration of this test design, when the concentration of magne- sium ions added to 200 mg/L, relative activity of lipase rose to the highest; Same oncentration of magnesium ions drived from deep sea water and artificial water containing same concentration of magnesium ions hads simi- lar effects on lipase activity.
