中文摘要: 本文对亚麻籽油微胶囊化制备过程中的工艺参数进行研究。在单因素试验的基础上,进行多因素优化试验,得 出微胶囊制备工艺的最优条件。最佳条件为:181 ℃的进口温度,32 MPa 的均质压力,99 ℃的出口温度。

Abstract:Based on flaxseed oil as raw material,the preparation of microcapsule process was studied.First screening of the key factors affecting embedding rate.In order to obtain the most appropriate method, multiple factors of the response surface experiment was carried out after us. Finally concluded that:the inlet temperature of 181 ℃, 32 MPa homogeneous pressure, the outlet temperature of 99 ℃.
