中文摘要: 以优新品种“岳冠”苹果为试材,用不同浓度的 1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylecyclopropene,1-MCP)处理采后果实,并 用 0.04 mm 保鲜袋包装,低温(0±1)℃环境下贮藏,探究 1-MCP 处理对‘岳冠’苹果采后生理变化和抗氧化酶活性的影 响。结果表明:与对照相比,1-MCP 处理有效降低了呼吸强度和乙烯释放率,其中 1.0、1.5 和 2.0 μL/L 1-MCP 处理的果实 呼吸高峰和乙烯峰均延迟了 15 d 出现,1-MCP 还增加了脯氨酸的积累,贮藏 120 d 时,处理组分别是对照的 1.10、1.53、1.39 倍和 1.36 倍,同时,1-MCP 抑制了细胞膜相对电导率的升高,在贮藏后期,维持了果实较高的抗氧化酶(过氧化氢 酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶)的活性,后 3 个处理活性高峰比对照分别晚 15、15、30 d 出现,从而延缓了果实衰老, 综合各指标分析得出,用 1.0 μL/L 的 1-MCP 处理岳冠苹果,其贮藏效果最好。

Abstract:The new variety of apple,Yueguan,was used as test material. The postharvest apples with the cling film of 0.04 mm thickness packaging were treated by 1-MCP with different concentrations and were stored at low temperature (0±1)℃. Effects of 1-MCP treatment on postharvest physiological changes and the activity of Antioxidative enzymes of Yueguan apple were investigated. The results showed that compared with the control fruit,1-MCP treatment had obvious effects for the fruit in lowering respiration rate and ethylene release. 1.0,1.5 μL/L and 2.0 μL/L treatment of all delayed the appearance of respiration peak and ethylene peak of fruit for 15 d. Moreover,1-MCP also increased the accumulation of proline. At storage 120 d,the treated was respectively 1.10 times,1.53 times,1.39 times and 1.36 times than the controlled. 1-MCP inhibited the increase of cell membrane relative permeability,and maintained the higher activity of catalase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase of the fruit during the late period of storage than those of the control fruit. The appearance of activity peak with the last three treatments was 15,15,30 d later than others. So,the process of fruit caducity was postponed. Comprehensive analysis of all the indexes showed that the storage effect of Yueguan apple with 1 μL/L 1-MCP treatment was the best.
