中文摘要: 基于矿物元素含量进行蜂蜜产地和蜜源溯源分析,建立产地和蜜源双目标溯源方法。采用全谱直读电感耦合 等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定蜜样矿物元素含量,在单目标溯源方法基础上,引进哑变量回归和校正模 型,从而建立了蜂蜜产地、蜜源双目标溯源分析方法,并以四川蜂蜜为例,进行验证分析。结果显示,针对产地进行的 逐步判别分析筛选出 As、B、Ca 等 6 个元素用于建立判别模型,回代验证的正确判别率达 91.7 %,交叉检验判别率为83.3 %;针对蜜源的逐步判别分析筛选出 B、Ca、Cu 等 5 种元素用于建立判别模型,判别率为 80 %,交叉检验判别率 为 78.2 %。基于矿物元素含量对蜂蜜进行产地与蜜源的溯源是可行的,所建立的方法具有一定借鉴意义;产地、蜜源 两组判别方程适宜于研究区的溯源研究。
Abstract:To establish the method of double-aim traceability through analysing on geographical and botanical origin of honey based on the content of mineral elements. The contents of mineral elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Based on the method of single traceability, the geographical and botanical origin traceability were verified and analysed taking Sichuan as an example through the introduction of dummy variable regression analysis and correction model and the establishment of an analytical methods-double-aim traceability analysis on geographical origin and botanical origin of honey. The results showed that 6 elements (As、B、Ca etc.) for a discriminant model were established by stepwise discriminant analysis based on the geographical origin of honey. The back substitution verification of correct classification rate reached 91.7 % and the crosscheck classification rate was 83.3 %. 5 elements (B、Ca、Cu etc.) for a discriminant model were identified by the same analysis based on the botanical origin. And the classification of back substitution and classification of crosscheck were 80 % and 78.2 %,respectively. The geographical origin of honey can be traced by utilizing the content of mineral elements. The double-aim traceability analysis method based on the geographical origin and botanical origin of honey is efficient and significative.The discriminant equations about geographical origin and botanical origin of honey are appropriate to honey traceability of the studied regions.
