中文摘要: 研究添加 10 %山楂膳食纤维的冻干山楂果(按质量比 9:1)改善小鼠功能性便秘的作用。将小鼠随机分为 5 组,分别为溶剂对照组、模型组和添加 10 %山楂膳食纤维的冻干山楂果 1、2、4 g/(kg·d)低、中、高剂量组。灌胃 10 d 后,建立功能性便秘模型,通过对小鼠的小肠推进率、首粒排黑便时间、排便质量及水分含量的测定,分析添加 10 % 山楂膳食纤维的冻干山楂果对小鼠润肠通便作用的影响。添加 10 %山楂膳食纤维的冻干山楂果可提高小鼠小肠推 进率、缩短首粒排黑便时间、增加排便质量及水分含量,与模型组相比,各剂量组均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。添加 10 % 山楂膳食纤维的冻干山楂果具有改善小鼠功能性便秘的作用。
Abstract:To explore the ameliorative effect of freeze-dried hawthorn fruit added with dietary fibre (9 ∶ 1) on functional constipation. Mice were divided into 5 groups as follows:blank control,model control,and hawthorn fruit with 10 % dietary fiber,1,2,4 g/(kg·d)low dose,middle dose and high dose groups. Functional constipation model was established after oral administration for 10 d. The intestinal motion rate,defecation time,feces weight of all the mice and water content were investigated. The motional rate of ink in the intestine was enhanced by hawthorn fruit with 10 % dietary fiber administration,initial defecation time was abridged,and total feces weight increased when compared to the model control group. The administration of 1 g/(kg·d) of hawthorn fruit with 10 % dietary fiber has significantly defecation-promoting effect for constipation mice,which is beneficial for relieving functional constipation.
