中文摘要: 香菇多糖是一种重要的天然生物活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎和免疫调节等多种功能。综述了香菇多糖提取技术的研究进展,描述包括香菇多糖提取预处理技术、热水浸提、酶法、超声波、微波、发酵提取、加压溶剂及其它提取技术,阐述影响香菇多糖得率的主要因素及应采取的措施;同时对其中主要的提取方法进行比较分析,最后对香菇多糖提取技术的未来的发展方向进行展望。
Abstract:Lentinan is an important natural biological active ingredient,which play significant role in antitumor,anti-virus,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulation and so on. This paper reviewed advance of extraction techniques for lentinan,which included pre -treatment techniques,solvent extraction,enzyme extraction,ultrasonic -assisted extraction,microwave -assisted extraction,fermentative extraction,pressure solvent extraction and other extraction techniques,and also elaborated main influencing factors of lentinan yield. At the same time,we compared main extract techniques. At the last part,development trend of extract technique on lentinan were prospected in the future.
