Abstract:Lentinan is an important natural biological active ingredient，which play significant role in antitumor，anti-virus，anti-inflammatory，immunomodulation and so on. This paper reviewed advance of extraction techniques for lentinan，which included pre -treatment techniques，solvent extraction，enzyme extraction，ultrasonic -assisted extraction，microwave -assisted extraction，fermentative extraction，pressure solvent extraction and other extraction techniques，and also elaborated main influencing factors of lentinan yield. At the same time，we compared main extract techniques. At the last part，development trend of extract technique on lentinan were prospected in the future.
