中文摘要: 利用高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠和脱氢乙酸。用ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)分离,以甲醇∶乙酸铵(pH= 6.5)=5∶95(体积比)为流动性,利用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测样品,外标法定量分析。结果浓度在1 μg/mL~200 μg/mL时,各组分的校准曲线的相关系数分别为:安赛蜜(0.999 6);苯甲酸(0.999 5);山梨酸(0.999 7);糖精钠(0.999 5);脱氢乙酸(0.999 8)。两种样品的回收率范围为:95 %~105 %。表明该方法快速、准确、简便。

Abstract:The determination of acesulfame potassium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium and dehydroacetic in beverage by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The analysis was performed on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)using methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution(pH= 6.5,5∶95(Volume ratio)as the elution,with the external standard curve. The linear range of menthod was in the range of 1 μg/mL-200 μg/mL:acesulfame potassium(r=0.999 6),benzoic acid(r=0.999 5),sorbic acid(r=0.999 7),saccharin sodium(r=0.999 5)and dehydroacetic(r=0.999 8).The recoveries for samples ranged from 95 %-105 %。This method was proved to be simple,rapid and accurate.
