中文摘要: 建立保健食品中β-胡萝卜素含量的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：岛津Inertsil C18（4.0 mm× 75 mm，3 μm），以甲醇∶乙腈=90∶10为流动相，流速1.0 mL/min。结果：β-胡萝卜素的浓度与峰面积线性关系良好（R2=0.999 81），平均回收率为99.4 %，RSD=0.4 %（n=9）。因此，高效液相色谱法可靠、灵敏、快速，可用于保健食品中β-胡萝卜素含量测定。
Abstract:To establish a method for determination of β- carotene in health foods. Methods：high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC），column：using Shimadzu Inertsil C18column（4.0 mm×75 mm，3 μm），Methanol∶Acetonitrile = 90∶10 as the mobile phase，flow rate：1.0 mL/min. The linear relationship between βcarotene concentration and peak area are good（R2= 0.999 81），the average recovery was 99.3 %，RSD = 0.4 % （n = 9）.Conclusion：The method is reliable，sensitive，rapid and can be used for determination of β- carotene in health foods.
