Abstract:The detection technology of tetracycline drugs in bee products has become mature increasingly. As an important part of bee products， the analytical method in propolis needs to be developed and researched. In this article， we choose different extract and internal standard， the experimental results are different. A linear range and quantitative restrictions were determined by the experiment. The recovery rate was between 74.1 % to 118.8 %， the precision of under 15 %.By high performance liquid chromalogphy-tandem mass spechomethy， the detection of tetracycline drugs residues can be satisfied in propolis.
