中文摘要: 利用桑树叶片为原料, 运用响应面法对桑叶多糖的超声波辅助提取工艺进行优化研究。 根据 BOX(Box-Benhnken)试验设计原理,确定超声时间、超声温度、萃取液固比对桑叶多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:超声波辅助萃取 桑叶多糖的最佳工艺条件为超声温度 52 ℃,超声时间 36 min,液固比 40 ∶ 1(mL/g),在此萃取条件下,多糖的萃取率可达3.21 %。

Abstract:Technological conditions of extraction of mulberry leaves with ultrasound-assisted extraction were optimized for developing and utilizing the resource of mulberry leaves, by response surface methodology as the method of studying polysaccharide of mulberry leaves. According to the principle of Box -Behnken central composite design, ultrasonic time, extraction temperature and solid -liquid ratio were chosen as response factors, extraction of Polysaccharide from mulberry leaves (MLP) mass as response value, and a three-factor and three levels central composite design was adopted to determine the influence of various technological conditions. The results showed that better extraction conditions were 52 ℃ of temperature, 36 min of period,40 ∶ 1 ( mL/g) of liquid - solid ratio. Under these conditions, the yield of MLP was 3.21 %.
